If you are looking to find employment in the regular workforce then WDEA Employment can help you. WDEA Employment offers a range of services and programs to assist jobseekers. We tailor our service for a diverse range of people – from those who may have recently left the workforce and just want some advice on the best way to return, to those who find themselves in more difficult circumstances and would benefit from more intensive support.
In most instances jobseekers will work with WDEA employment consultants to find and maintain a job. Generally, the process of working with WDEA involves:
- Referral and registration
- Gaining an understanding of your circumstances
- Pre-employment assistance
- Job searching
- Job commencement
- Job support
Accredited training may also be provided if it will help you secure or maintain your employment.
Our aim is to give jobseekers the support they need so they are independently working in employment. Once this is achieved, jobseekers will no longer need to be registered with WDEA – however may return if further assistance is required.
