Over 95% satisfaction with WDEA Works training

WDEA Works’ Training division isn’t just about finding a job that you love. The means to finding that job can also be satisfying… and the latest studies of our past students indicates that doing a course with us IS rewarding.

State Government performance indicators released earlier this year indicate WDEA Works is performing above-average compared to other Victorian Registered Training Organisations (RTO).

The state-wide analysis found 95.8% of those who completed a course with WDEA Works Training Division in 2016-2017 were satisfied with their training, compared to a state-average of 75%. The same study concluded 81.80% of our students were likely to recommended WDEA Works Training to others looking to study similar courses.

The industry experience of our trainers was identified as a key area of satisfaction; 91% of our students were satisfied with the current industry experience of the organisation’s trainers.

The same study also found 97% of students felt their training with WDEA Works developed their confidence and initiative in their area of study.
