are-able’s Disability Employment Services expands into Geelong and Corio

This month are-able opened two new offices in Geelong, Victoria at 37 Malop Street and the Corio Central Shopping Centre, as well as new service centres in Torquay, Drysdale, Newcomb and Belmont.

are-able is a well-established, dedicated, personable and an understanding organisation, operating in the surrounding areas for 30 years. The expansion has allowed our employment and recruitment services to reach job seekers in the Geelong and surrounding areas.

are-able Director of Employment, Brett Orr said, “are-able represents an opportunity for both local employers and job seekers to achieve their employment goals.

 

We are excited about the expansion into the Geelong region. We have strong connections with community groups in the area. The new office locations will allow us to work closely with these programs, offering the best services for our clients’ needs. We are dedicated to providing employment support to people who have a disability, injury or health conditionin the communities in which we operate.”

are-able has extensive experience in disability employment services (DES) and disability recruitment, offering two types of disability employment programs.

As one of the nations leading Disability Employment Service providers, are-able has already successfully brought over 20,000job seekers and employers together across the state. Now, we want to use this successful foundation to grow our organisation and provide these opportunities to more employers and job seekers,” said Brett.

The two new offices are headed by Site Manager, Carol Randall, who has many years of experience within the employment industry.

Our Geelong and Corio team members will draw on our expertise from our numerous sites across Victoria and South Australia, offering a broad range of services, including building work skills, addressing barriers to employment, sourcing job opportunities, providing training and support services for both employers and job seekers, to ensure best fit.

In partnership with local businesses, we work with clients at a suitable pace to find employment that best matches their particular needs and ability.
