Kyran Dicker always knew he wanted a career in hospitality.  

Kyran experiences Asperger syndrome and was supported by are-able Employment Consultant Kate Nolan to work towards his career goal. Are-able supported Kyran in completing his Certificate 3 in Hospitality, Barista Course and introduced him to the team at Zambrero where he is now employed. The kind of support disability employment services Shepparton supplied really helped Kyran gain the experience and confidence to take off on a new career journey.  

I have loved watching Kyran grow with confidence over the last 12 months undertaking additional training and courses has given Kyran the foundation to build his hospitality career” said Kate.
