Whistleblower Policy

At WDEA Works, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and transparency in all aspects of our operations. We value and appreciate the important role whistleblowers play in helping us identify and address any misconduct, unethical behaviour, or violations of laws or regulations within our organisation.

Confidentiality and protection of whistleblowers are of utmost importance to us. Whistleblowers can choose to remain anonymous by completing the online Whistleblower Form, however, providing your contact details can be beneficial for us to seek further clarification or to update you on the progress of the investigation.

Please note that this form is intended for serious concerns and should not be used for general inquiries, feedback, or unrelated matters. For any other non-whistleblower related inquiries, please visit our feedback form WDEA Works Feedback

Before submitting your report, we kindly ask you to carefully consider the following:

  1. Provide detailed and accurate information: Include relevant details about the incident, individuals involved (if known), dates, times, and locations, however don’t endeavour to conduct your own investigation, as this may risk the integrity of any subsequent investigations.
  2. Be objective and factual: Stick to the facts and avoid speculation or personal opinions. It is important to present a clear picture of the issue to facilitate a thorough investigation.
  3. False reporting: Submitting false information or making malicious allegations is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary actions.

Retaliation: WDEA Works strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who make a whistleblower report. If you believe you have experienced retaliation for whistleblowing, or fear potential retaliation, please indicate it in your submission.

Thank you for your commitment to maintaining the highest standards at WDEA Works.
