The Warrnambool Racing Club

The Warrnambool Racing Club was in consultation with are-able in order to source general labourers. The position was to assist the current racing club staff with preparation and general maintenance of the track and surrounding areas in the lead up to and during the annual May racing carnival.

After visiting the race club grounds, are-able and race club staff were able to identify areas around the track which needed attention. are-able then identified and screened a number of clients from our extensive data base who were presented as suitable candidates for the specific roles required. are-able was also able to offer employer incentives to assist in covering associated costs with recruitment and training.

This has enabled the racing club to ensure that the course is presented at its best during the year and for the annual carnival as well as providing valuable skills and experience to the job seekers.
