WDEA Works services for job seekers
WDEA Work’s Employment division incorporates two important Federal Government initiatives, Disability Employment Services and jobactive. The Disability Employment Services program aims to help people who have a disability source and keep employment, and jobactive puts jobseekers and employers in touch with each other. Offering both disability employment services and recruitment services means WDEA Works assists a large number and broad range of clients, which also results in being able to offer a greater diversity of personnel to employers.
The core employment focus of WDEA Works is supporting clients to becoming independently employed, while simultaneously offering high-quality recruitment services and employment support to employers. WDEA Works is also a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider.
