What we do

Create & Collate is a program of WDEA Works Social Enterprises, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to serving the community by providing employment opportunities and support to more than 23 individuals with disabilities.

As a registered provider of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), we offer an inclusive workplace where people with disabilities can find meaningful employment.

Our Create & Collate program can help you tackle tedious and repetitive tasks that are slowing you down. Whether it’s mail sorting, pick and packing, or assembly, we work closely with you to complete the job efficiently. By providing our unique team with work, we can maintain a sustainable, safe, caring, and inclusive workplace for our supported employees.
