An NDIS Social & Community Participation Activity

Learn to prepare and cook meals

It starts with preparing recipes, making a shopping list and shopping for groceries.

Then it’s about planning and preparing delicious and nutritious meals, to use different utensils and learn cooking techniques.

Learn personal hygiene and safety requirements of cooking

Kitchen safety is vital! We’ll cover everything from washing your hands to using knives.

Our kitchen is large and accessible

Large and small groups, all abilities, all ages.

Our program is tailored to meet the needs of all participants.

Then, the best bit ‘EAT UP’! Food is best when it’s fresh!
