What is School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES)?
We understand that finding work after finishing school can be a challenge.
School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) is an early intervention approach for those in their final year of school and are looking towards the future. It’s designed to support your transition from school to employment.
WDEA Works SLES program helps young people prepare, look for and gain employment. We work with students to provide meaningful, individualised capacity building activities so you can achieve your employment goals.
SLES is designed just for you. WDEA Works offers individualised support for up to 2 years after finishing your last year of secondary schooling. Working together with your family and support network, WDEA Works helps you develop a personalised program to help you get job ready.
With over 80 modules available to choose from, we will ensure a personalised program is developed just for you.
