I was referred to are-able without a job and hadn’t had much luck in the past. My are-able Case Manager was able to boost my self-esteem straight away and it wasn’t long before they found me a baking Apprenticeship. They helped me through it and organised support for some paperwork problems I had. 4 years later I am still in the same job and have a career. I wouldn’t know where I’d be now if it wasn’t for are-able.
