WDEA Works early childhood education, disability support, aged care and first aid courses
At WDEA Works, we believe in encouraging and supporting all our employees to continually develop their skills and knowledge. We do this by providing a range of internal and external training and development opportunities, including early childhood education and care courses, first aid training courses, disability support courses and aged care training courses. Expanding your skills and knowledge through training opportunities will help you to develop in your role and, most importantly, better meet the needs of the individuals that you service.
With this focus WDEA Works purchased a Registered Training Organisation in 2013. Balance Training Services has been included in our suite of services. This operates as a division of WDEA Works, under the banner of WDEA Training. The intention of this expansion is to increase the training opportunities for both employees at WDEA Works and also within our client base.
Our goal is the delivery of quality training and assessment for individuals towards vocational education. Please contact WDEA Works to discuss our range of disability training courses, early childhood education training, ageing support courses and first aid courses.
