Study Individual Support with WDEA Works Training
Learn to provide personalised support to older Australians, with the WDEA Works Training Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing).
Students will learn how to
- Support the care and well-being of ageing clients
- Support the individual needs of the client
- Communicate with a range of ageing clients with changing needs, dementia and other health barriers
- Encourage participating in leisure and social activities
- Learn how to use and implement organisational policies and procedures and the aged care framework

Study Disability with WDEA Works Training
Learn to support people with a disability by empowering them to achieve greater levels of independence, self-reliance, community participation and well-being.
Students will learn how to
- Empower people with disabilities
- Support the needs, rights, and interests of people with a disability
- Working collaboratively with industry stakeholders
- Support the care & well-being of disability clients
- Support the individual needs of the client
- Encourage participating in social activities
- Communicate with a range of disability participants with changing needs and other health barriers
- Implement organisation policies and procedures
- Support and implement the NDIS framework
