WDEA Works Training offers a range of courses that can be delivered partly online. We are committed to providing a quality learning experience for students no matter which mode of delivery is undertaken. These online service standards explain our commitment to students in key areas.

Privacy Policy

WDEA Works Training is committed to protecting the privacy of the information given to the organisation regarding employees, students and clients. WDEA Works Training will collect, store, maintain, use and disclose personal information in accordance with the WDEA Works Training Privacy Policy.
WDEA Works Training recognises the responsibility to assure the safety and integrity of all records, and specifically the confidentiality of staff and student records. All information discussed and documented within the organisation is considered sensitive and confidential and is not to be disclosed to anyone outside the employ of WDEA Works Training.


Complaints and Appeals process

WDEA Works Training has developed the following complaint procedure to reassure students that any dispute or complaint raised against the organisation will be taken seriously, handled professionally and confidentially in order to achieve a speedy resolution.
