WDEA Works Training offers a range of courses that can be delivered partly online. We are committed to providing a quality learning experience for students no matter which mode of delivery is undertaken. These online service standards explain our commitment to students in key areas.
Complaints and Appeals process
WDEA Works Training has developed the following complaint procedure to reassure students that any dispute or complaint raised against the organisation will be taken seriously, handled professionally and confidentially in order to achieve a speedy resolution.
Audit and Quality Indicators Reports
As an RTO we are required to publicly display our annual quality indicators report, our annual RTO Performance Summary Report and our AQTF registration report.
