Mental health is everybody’s responsibility.

WDEA Works Wellbeing is a not-for-profit service partnering with local small businesses to provide a short-term, solution-based intervention program to enhance the emotional, mental and general psychological wellbeing of employees.

As an employer, it is your responsibility to create a positive, supportive and inclusive workplace and to develop good systems of work for supporting mental health in the workplace.

Research shows that 1 in 5 Australians will experience a mental health condition. It doesn’t matter if you work for a large organisation or a small family business. Mental health is everybody’s responsibility.
